Email hello@getquofo.com within 30 days of your purchase and you get your money back. You do not have to explain why, and there is no form to fill in.
What you are buying
Every Quofo package is a digital download: prompt files, document and spreadsheet templates, guides, and an automation workflow file. There is nothing physical to return, so there is no return shipment and no restocking fee.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery starts and you have agreed to it. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand this waives the statutory 14-day withdrawal right.
The 30-day money-back guarantee described above is given voluntarily by the seller, is longer than the statutory period, and applies regardless of the waiver.
How to request a refund
Email hello@getquofo.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number if you have it. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Allow up to ten working days for the money to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
When a refund may be refused
Refunds are refused only where the files have been resold, redistributed or published, which the licence does not permit. Simply having downloaded and used the files is not a reason for refusal.
Pro package
The Pro package includes a 45-minute setup call and a review of your first three quotes. Even if those have already been delivered, you get the full amount back within thirty days. Nothing is deducted.
