Who we are
Quofo is run from the Netherlands by the owner of a roof coating business. Contact: hello@getquofo.com.
The controller of your data is RAWRR MEDIA, Coxstraat 32, 4421 DA Kapelle, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 78368995, trading as Quofo. VAT identification number: NL003330727B22.
What we collect, and why
When you buy something. Your name, email address, billing address and country. We need these to process the order, deliver the download, send you a receipt and meet our tax obligations. The legal basis is performance of a contract, and for the tax records, a legal obligation.
Payment details. We never see or store your card number. The payment provider handles that and only tells us whether the payment succeeded.
When you email us. Your email address and whatever you write. We keep the thread so we can help you and remember what was said.
When you visit the site. The web server logs your IP address, browser and the pages you request. That is standard for any website and is used for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for anything about your customers. The quotes you make with Quofo stay in your own tools. We never see them.
Who else processes your data
We use a small number of suppliers, and only for the purpose described:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and the order database
- Our payment provider, which processes the payment
- Our email provider, which sends order confirmations and support replies
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records: seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it. Support email: as long as it is useful, and then deleted. Server logs: a few weeks.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@getquofo.com and we will answer within a month. If you think we have handled it badly you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Cookies
The shop sets a functional cookie so your cart survives a page reload, and WordPress sets one if you log in. Those are necessary for the site to work and do not need consent. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, you will get a consent banner first, and this page will say so.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. If the change is significant and you are a customer, we email you.
