Last updated: 10 August 2026. These terms are written in plain language and describe exactly what you buy and what you may do with it.
1. Who you are buying from
Quofo is sold directly by us from the Netherlands. Contact: hello@getquofo.com.
Quofo is a trade name of RAWRR MEDIA, Coxstraat 32, 4421 DA Kapelle, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 78368995. VAT identification number: NL003330727B22.
2. What you are buying
Quofo is a digital package: prompts, document templates, a follow-up workflow and written instructions. It is not software with a login, and it is not a service we operate for you. You run it yourself, using an AI chat and the tools you already have.
Each package lists exactly what is in it and what is not. What is listed as not included, is not included.
3. Delivery
You get the download immediately after payment, plus a link by email. If the link does not arrive within an hour, check your spam folder and then email us. Access does not expire.
4. Right of withdrawal, and why you are asked to waive it
As a consumer in the EU you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery starts, but only if you have expressly agreed to that and acknowledged that you lose the right.
That is why the checkout asks you to tick:
I agree to immediate delivery of this digital download and I acknowledge that I therefore lose my right of withdrawal.
Without that tick, you keep the full fourteen days. With it, you give it up in exchange for getting the files straight away.
This does not take away the guarantee in the next section, which is something we give you voluntarily on top of the law.
5. The 30-day guarantee
Thirty days to change your mind. Email us within thirty days of buying and we refund you in full. No form, no reason needed, and nothing to send back. Tell us what did not work if you feel like it, but you do not have to. That applies to Pro as well, even if the setup call or the quote review has already been delivered.
This is a promise we make ourselves. It is separate from, and in addition to, your statutory rights.
6. What you may and may not do with it
You may use everything in the package inside your own business, for as many of your own jobs as you like, and you may change the wording to suit your trade. Your crew may use it.
You may not resell it, publish it, hand it to other companies, or repackage it as your own product or course. If you want to use it across more than five crew members or several companies, email us about a team licence.
7. What we promise, and what we do not
We promise that the package contains what the page says it contains, and that we will fix it or refund you if it does not.
We do not promise a specific result. How much time you save, how many quotes you win and what you earn depends on your trade, your prices and how you use it. Quofo relies on third-party AI tools that we do not control; those tools change, and the wording they produce is not always perfect. You are responsible for reading a quote before you send it to a customer. Prices, measurements and terms in a generated quote are your responsibility, not ours.
8. VAT
Prices are shown in US dollars and are the total you pay. Quofo is sold from the Netherlands; any VAT due on the sale is accounted for by the seller and is included in the price shown. Nothing is added at checkout. If you buy as a business inside the EU with a valid VAT number, email hello@getquofo.com before you order.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page on the day you buy. Changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you already made.
10. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. If we cannot sort something out by email, the dispute goes to the competent Dutch court. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights you have under the law of your own country.
