Description
What you are buying
Everything in Complete, plus my time.
With the Starter Kit and Complete you get files and set them up yourself. With Pro we do it together: a 45-minute screen-share where we get the prompts, the template and both automations running on your business, with your wording, your units and your exclusions. Then you send me your first three quotes and I tell you exactly what a customer will trip over.
Seventeen components plus that call. One payment, nothing renews.
Why Pro costs five times Complete
Not because of three extra files. Those three are useful and they are not worth the difference, and I would rather say that here than have you think it afterward.
You are paying for the hour that does not fit in a zip. Estimate, not a measured figure: the 45-minute call, reading three quotes and the questions that follow are realistically two to two and a half hours of my time per client. That is the only part of Quofo that does not scale, and it is the entire reason the price steps up this far.
For scale, checked August 12, 2026: Jobber’s Grow plan is $199 per month and Housecall Pro’s Max plan is $329 per month, or $299 billed annually (getjobber.com/pricing, housecallpro.com/pricing). Pro is a single payment, and there is a person in it.
If you only want the files and not the help, buy Complete. That is the right answer for most people and I am not going to pretend otherwise.
The part you cannot download
- 45-minute setup call — screen share. We import both workflows, point them at your sheet, adapt the prompts to how you actually describe your work, and run one real job through end to end. You book it from the link in your order email, at a time that suits you.
- Review of your first three quotes — you send them, I read them and I come back with what is unclear, what is missing and where a customer will push back. This is the part that makes the wording yours instead of mine.
- Priority support — your email goes to the front of the queue. One person answers it, not a ticket system.
Eight clients a month
Pro is capped at eight a month. That is not a scarcity tactic, it is arithmetic: the call and the quote review are done by one person and they cost real calendar time next to the regular work. When the eight are taken you can still order. The files download immediately and your call is booked into the following month. That is stated in your order email.
The three files that only come with Pro
- Extended pricing and margin workbook (.xlsx) — the margin calculator, scaled up: cost categories, rate bands, a full build-up and three price levels side by side. Still without a single rate from us; you type your own numbers.
- Trade adaptation guide (PDF) — how to move the wording to a line of work that is not one of the twelve trade editions, with the terms and line items customary in it.
- First three quotes checklist (.docx) — what to check before each of your first three quotes goes out, and what to review afterward, so the read-through has something to bite on.
Everything in Complete is included
- Four prompts (.txt) — Photo to Quote, Voice to Quote, Margin check and Review request.
- Quote template (.docx) and margin calculator (.xlsx).
- Follow-up swipe file (.docx) — twelve messages for day 3, day 7 and day 14, text and email versions.
- Follow-up automation (.json) with its guide (PDF) — runs every weekday at 8am, reads your quote list and sends the day 3, 7 and 14 messages. A row only goes out if the status is Open, the days open is exactly 3, 7 or 14, and there is an email address. Mark a quote Won, Lost or On hold and the follow-up stops on the next run.
- Never-Lose-a-Lead dashboard (.xlsx) — days open counting themselves, colors for who to call today, and a win rate that calculates itself.
- Quote video script (.docx) — script and shot plan for a ninety-second phone video you record for a specific job and send with the quote.
- The First-Hour Module — the first-response prompt with a price direction and a proposed appointment, nine quick replies in text and email versions, a workflow that fires on the incoming inquiry rather than on the sent quote, and the guide that covers running it with and without automation.
Plus START-HERE.pdf, which also explains how to book the call.
The first hour, and why it is in here
In March 2011, Harvard Business Review published research by James Oldroyd, Kristina McElheran and David Elkington that tested 2,241 US companies with real inquiries. Average response time was 42 hours. Companies that responded within an hour were close to seven times more likely to qualify the lead. Fifteen years old, still the largest study on the question, and still the cheapest edge available to a one-truck operation.
Included free with every package: twelve trade editions, the generator and four example quotes
Twelve trade editions. Roofing, painting and decorating, landscaping, plumbing and heating (residential service work), plumbing and HVAC (full mechanical work), commercial cleaning, plastering and drywall, masonry and repointing, electrician, moving company, photographer, and carpentry and interior fit-out. Five files per trade: the photo prompt in that trade’s language and units; the exclusions list with nine exclusions that go in every time, five where the trouble usually starts and three conversations you have up front, each with the reason attached; the quote template carrying that trade’s line item descriptions; six follow-up messages for day 3, 7, 10 and 14 (the automation sends day 3, 7 and 14; day 10 you send by hand); and a two-page trade card with ten lines that always belong in a quote in that trade and five exclusions you never forget.
The trade edition generator. Eight questions about your trade, your units and the three jobs you do most, and the whole set is rewritten for you in two to five minutes. If your trade is not one of the twelve, we run the generator together on the call.
Four finished example quotes, plus a thirteen-page document showing the photos taken, the sentence typed and the follow-up messages sent for each of them.
Not included
Ongoing coaching. The call is a setup call; after the 45 minutes and the three-quote review you are on your own, which is the point.
Training for a whole crew. If several people at your shop write quotes, email me first and we will work out whether that is one call or several.
I do not price your jobs, write your quotes for you, connect anything to your accounting, or bring you leads.
Delivery
The files download instantly, on screen and by email. You book the call from the link in your order email. Free updates for as long as Quofo exists.
Thirty days to change your mind. Even if the call has already happened, you get the full amount back.
